Those are the habits of a company trying to stay on the right side of the line the FDA drew when it warned 30 telehealth companies in March 2026. Yet its advertised best seller stacks two PDE5 inhibitors in one tablet. Tadalafil's own FDA-approved labelling states that combinations with other PDE5 inhibitors have not been studied for safety or efficacy and instructs that patients be told not to take tadalafil with another such drug; the American College of Physicians recommends optimising a single agent rather than adding a second, because combining them raises hypotension risk without proven benefit.
