The Giveaway begins on August 6, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on November 6, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). All times are Eastern Time (ET). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. The Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.

Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and members of their households, are not eligible.

The Giveaway is void in Puerto Rico, all US territories and possessions, and outside the United States, and wherever otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Entrants are responsible for complying with any laws applicable to them.

During the Entry Period, visit https://www.tirzepatideinjection.org, complete the giveaway entry form with a valid email address, and agree to these Official Rules. Submitting the form constitutes one (1) entry. Entry is free.

Agreeing to receive promotional email is optional, is presented as a separate choice, and is not required to enter or to win. Declining promotional email has no effect on your entry or your chance of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of that limit will be void.

Use of any automated system, script, bot, macro or other device to enter, or any attempt to enter using multiple or false identities or email addresses, is prohibited and will void all of that entrant's entries and may result in disqualification at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

One (1) winner will receive One $750 Amazon Gift Card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $750 USD. Total ARV of all prizes available is $750 USD. One (1) prize will be awarded in total.

The prize is provided directly by the Sponsor. It is not provided, funded, endorsed or administered by Amazon.

The Amazon Gift Card is subject to Amazon's applicable gift card terms and conditions in effect at the time of issuance, and may be subject to restrictions imposed by Amazon. The winner is responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

The gift card may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. The prize may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged except as stated in these Official Rules or as required by law. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Except where required by law, the Sponsor is not responsible for a gift card that is lost, stolen, damaged, destroyed or used without authorization after it has been delivered to the confirmed winner.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Because the number of entries is not known in advance, the odds cannot be stated in advance. As an illustration only, if 10,000 eligible entries are received, each entry has a 1 in 10,000 chance of being selected.

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about November 13, 2026 by the Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with their entry, within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within 5 days of the date the notification is sent.

If a potential winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, declines the prize, is found ineligible, or fails to complete any required verification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among the remaining eligible entries. The Sponsor is not obligated to select more than three (3) alternate winners, after which the prize may go unawarded.

All potential winners are subject to verification of identity, age, residence and eligibility before a prize is awarded. The Sponsor may require a potential winner to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release before the prize is awarded. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize, and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly stated as included, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required, the winner may be issued an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the ARV of the prize and may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number before the prize is awarded. Entrants should consult their own tax advisor.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to the Sponsor's use of their first name, last initial and state of residence for promotional purposes in connection with this Giveaway, without additional compensation. Residents of jurisdictions where such consent may not be required as a condition of entry retain the right to decline publicity without forfeiting the prize.

Information submitted with an entry is collected by the Sponsor and handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Entry information is used to administer the Giveaway, including to contact a potential winner.

Promotional email is sent only to entrants who separately opted in to receive it. You may withdraw that consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email. Unsubscribing from promotional email does not cancel or affect an otherwise valid Giveaway entry.

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any liability, injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

The Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, delayed or undeliverable entries or email; technical failures of any kind; interruption or unavailability of network, server or provider; or any injury or damage to any person's device related to or resulting from participation in the Giveaway.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State in which the Sponsor is domiciled, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any and all disputes arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.

Nothing in these Official Rules deprives a consumer of any mandatory statutory right available to them in their jurisdiction of residence.

If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned — including infection by computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Giveaway — the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway, or to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.

If the Giveaway is cancelled before the scheduled end date, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, select the winner in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the action.

For the name of the winner, send a written request with a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor at the mailing address in Section 1 ([TO BE COMPLETED BY SPONSOR]), or email hello@mail.tirzepatideinjection.org, within ninety (90) days after the winner selection date.
