This Privacy Policy applies to tirzepatideinjection.org (TirzepatideInfo (tirzepatideinjection.org)), an informational website that publishes reviews of GLP-1 telehealth providers. You can reach us at hello@mail.tirzepatideinjection.org.

We collect only what you give us and what is needed to run the site:

• Giveaway entries — your email address, your first name if you choose to provide it, the fact that you agreed to the Official Rules, the date and time of entry, and which form you entered from.
• Email marketing consent — recorded separately, and only if you tick the optional box.
• Contact form messages — your name, email address, subject and message.
• Analytics — aggregate usage data from Vercel Analytics and PostHog to understand which pages are useful.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, health information. We are not a healthcare provider and we do not collect medical records, prescriptions or diagnoses.

• To administer the giveaway, including contacting a potential winner.
• To send promotional email — only if you separately opted in. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
• To respond to messages you send us through the contact form.
• To understand aggregate site usage and improve our content.

Unsubscribing from promotional email does not cancel or affect an otherwise valid giveaway entry. The two are recorded separately for exactly this reason.

We use Email Bump as our email service provider. Entry and contact information is processed by them on our behalf so we can store your entry, send you the emails you asked for, and receive your messages.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email address with the GLP-1 providers reviewed on this site. Entering the giveaway does not enrol you in anything from any provider we write about.

We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Some links on this site are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission if you sign up with a provider after clicking one, at no additional cost to you. Clicking an affiliate link, or purchasing anything, has no effect on your giveaway entry or your chance of winning.

• Unsubscribe — every promotional email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
• Access, correction and deletion — email us and we will action your request. Note that deleting your entry data during the entry period will withdraw your giveaway entry, because we would no longer be able to contact you if you won.
• Opt out of analytics — browser do-not-track and ad-blocking tools are respected by our analytics providers.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act or the GDPR. Contact us and we will honour any right that applies to you.

Giveaway entry records are kept for the duration of the giveaway and for a reasonable period afterwards to satisfy record-keeping obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete you.

This site is not directed to children, and the giveaway is open only to adults aged eighteen (18) or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We will update the date at the top of this page when this policy changes. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated by email where we have your consent to contact you.
