RemedyMeds review: what the twelve-month warranty requires

RemedyMeds offers online access to compounded GLP-1 treatment through a recurring membership. Its homepage’s money-back message is conditional: the current contract requires a full year of uninterrupted participation and numerous other qualifications. The practical comparison is the membership obligation, not an assumption that any unsuccessful month is refundable.

We refreshed this review against public pages on October 15, 2026, replacing the earlier numerical rating and unsupported service judgments. We did not enroll, obtain a prescription, test support or inspect a pharmacy. The original January 4, 2025 review date is retained; current commercial claims below come from the newly checked sources.

A membership charge is not just a medication shipment

The June 4, 2026 terms say the first subscription term is paid upfront when the proprietary intake form is completed. Further medical information is then collected for clinical evaluation. The term length and total fee are specified at checkout. We did not verify a complete current price quote from the reviewed homepage and terms, so the earlier review’s pricing should not be treated as a current offer.

The program describes clinician access, platform resources and compounded medication equivalent to four weeks of supply when prescribed. It requires refill forms, generally sent about three weeks after a prior fill; the contract describes a different, three-month refill-form interval for microdosing. These are service requirements, not instructions for choosing a medication schedule.

Membership charges continue even if a refill form is not completed and no medication ships in a period. The terms also say charges continue if a clinician recommends a different product, unless the subscription is canceled. Ask what changes to the invoice or supply follow a treatment change, and do not assume skipping a refill pauses payment.

The company is cash-pay and does not accept insurance. Some requested services or tests may fall outside the membership. Obtain the total upfront charge, included visits and supplies, laboratory costs and renewal date in writing. Four weeks of medicine is not automatically one calendar month of supply.

The cancellation deadline and early billing need to be read together

The contract requires at least 48 hours’ notice before the end of the current term to prevent renewal. It also allows later billing or shipment to occur up to ten days early to prevent treatment gaps. Those clauses make the actual processing date important; ask how a timely cancellation affects a charge already processed early.

Ordinary cancellation ends future membership after the paid term and does not create a partial refund. The terms generally make paid membership fees nonrefundable, with a checkout-specific initial-payment exception referenced when medication is not prescribed. Do not assume denial always produces the same refund unless the selected checkout terms confirm it.

The weight-loss warranty requires twelve consecutive months

The warranty section offers a refund of program membership fees paid during twelve months if a qualifying new customer does not reach the goal recorded at enrollment. It requires continuous enrollment and prescribed standard-dose compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide throughout that year. A pause or cancellation, any microdosing protocol, or a switch to a brand-name GLP-1 voids eligibility under the written terms.

Other requirements include accurate enrollment information, following clinician instructions, timely refill forms and thirteen medication shipments received at twenty-eight-day intervals. The terms exclude certain outside weight-loss medication use in the year before enrollment and impose limits on the recorded goal, including no reduction beyond 20% of starting weight and a BMI floor of 18.5. These are contract conditions, not recommended personal treatment targets.

A claim must be submitted within 35 days after shipment of the thirteenth supply. The contract requires either a licensed clinician’s weight attestation, submitted within fourteen days after the claim email, or a coded scale video submitted within twenty-four hours after the code is received. Eligibility remains subject to the company’s verification and decision.

An approved warranty refund covers eligible membership fees, not incidental costs such as obtaining an attestation. The stated processing period is thirty days after verification approval. There is no prorated warranty refund before the full year. This is a conditional financial policy, not proof that a particular person will lose weight or a reason to continue medically unsuitable treatment.

Who provides care and prepares the prescription?

The terms identify Remedy Meds LLC and name professional entities including OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC, JMP Medical, P.A. and KMG Medical Group MO, P.C., with affiliates. The platform distinguishes its administrative support from licensed clinicians’ medical decisions. An individual’s assigned practice and clinician should be confirmed before relying on the general partner list.

The homepage describes U.S. compounding pharmacies, but the reviewed pages did not identify the pharmacy that would fill an individual order. The FDA warning is part of the record

In a September 9, 2025 warning letter, FDA said claims it observed on RemedyMeds’ website in August 2025 misleadingly implied its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide were the same as approved products. The letter concerns marketing claims; it is not a test of a particular vial or evidence of an individual patient injury. We did not verify a subsequent FDA resolution of the letter.

The current homepage includes a compounded-drug disclaimer and attributes its outcome figures to self-reported member data. Those reports are not an independently verified controlled trial of the exact preparation. FDA’s general guidance explains that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved or reviewed before marketing for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Before enrolling, obtain the complete price, actual processing date, denial-refund rule and chosen warranty terms. Keep the clinical decision separate from refund eligibility.
