Layering PT-141, which carries its own blood-pressure effects, on top does not simplify the picture. The second problem is the seller. MEDVi received FDA warning letter MARCS-CMS 721455 on 20 February 2026, finding its compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide misbranded because website claims were false or misleading — including labels that identified MEDVi as the compounder when it is not. QUAD was not the subject of that letter, and the company has publicly drawn that distinction.
